Valencia, January 22, 2025 – Eduard Flores, a predoctoral researcher at MAINBIOTICS, had the honor of presenting his research at the prestigious Winter Conference 2025, organized by the Nutrition Society and held at the Royal Society in London, UK, from January 21–22, 2025. In his oral presentation titled “Human milk bioactive compounds and allergic and infectious immunological outcomes: A systematic review”, Flores highlighted the crucial role of human milk bioactive compounds in the regulation of immunological diseases in infants.
This oral communication allowed him to share his findings with a global audience of experts, fostering the exchange of ideas and valuable feedback. The conference served as a key platform to discuss the latest practices and research, essential for the advancement of population-level dietary guidelines and the field of nutrition and health. Eduard’s research is part of a multidisciplinary approach integrating nutritional epidemiology, data science, and computational tools applied to maternal and infant health.
